资源简介:

Main Info A variety of cryogenic slope processes, including ALDS (active-layer detachment slides) and RTS (retrogressive thaw slumps), occur in the north of West Siberia. Previous research into these processes only partly cover the Yenisei North, and only in the context of identifying the RTS, but not ALDS. This region covers more than 60,000 km2, where we mapped ALDS and RTS locations using remote sensing imagery from 2000 to 2025. We identified the spatial patterns and determining factors that control the distribution of both types of cryogenic landslide along a latitudinal regiongradient spanning approximately 450 km from the Arctic tundra to the southern forest tundra. The RTS and ALDS datasets compiled in the study are available here. This data supplement to the article Kizyakov A.I., Streletskaya I.D., Wetterich S., Ermolov A.A., Derkacheva A.A., Kopyl E.A., Leibman M.O. Cryogenic landslides in the Yenisei North (north-eastern part of West Siberia). Lanslides Data structure Archive Yenisei_North_lanslides_dataset.rar contains ArcGIS shape-files with RTS and ALDS locations. The structure of attribute tables for RTS and ALDS is identical and includes the following fields: aspect – surface exposition in degrees, slope – slope inclination, in degrees, range500 – vertical dissection of the terrain within 500 m grid, in m, ALT_mean – active layer thickness, averaged for 2001-2021, in m, T10m – mean annual ground temperature at 10 m depth, °C, geol_ind_n – main groups of Quaternary deposits, veget_zone – name of vegetation zone. Details on attribute values, source data and their processing are given in the original article.
