Temperature profile throughout the lower 2 km of the atmosphere obtained by applying a neural network-based retrieval algorithm to microwave emissions from oxygen molecules measured by a RPG HATPRO G5 microwave radiometer. Unlike the troposperic retrieval mode (dataset 'tropospheric temperature profile every minute'), the retriever scans the atmosphere at various angles and is able to reconstruct profiles with a higher number of spatial degrees of freedom, but at a lower temporal resolution.
