Integral Concrete Reparation Method on Pump Room Wall
收藏资源简介:
Damage to concrete structures is a frequent issue in construction projects, especially in underground structures subjected to high groundwater pressure. Such conditions require repair methods are capable of restoring structural capacity while remaining efficient in terms of time and cost. In this regard, integral concrete repair methods have gained increasing attention due to their ability to minimize extensive demolition while maintaining construction continuity. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an integral concrete repair method applied to the pump room walls of Beach Club Kuta Bali Project. with particular emphasis on improvements in concrete quality and time efficiency. Initial research was conducted to determine the composition of Sika Grout 215 to be mixed. Variations in the addition of Sika Grout 215 were set at 0.00%, 0.60%, and 0.90% of the total weight of the concrete mixture to observe its effect on the development of concrete strength. The test results indicate that the addition of Sika Grout 215 enhances concrete compressive strength by more than 1,00% compared to the control mix at both 14 and 28 days. Field implementation further demonstrated that the combination of K300 pre-packed concrete with 0.60% Sika Grout 215 provides the most optimal balance between strength improvement and material performance stability. Moreover, integration with polyurethane (PU) injection significantly improved time efficiency, minimized disturbances to the existing structure, and accelerated material stabilization. The findings of this study are expected to contribute practical insights into more effective and economical repair strategies for underground concrete structures in construction projects
