This dataset contains the results of quantitative proteomic analysis of the cargo of extracellular vesicles secreted by mouse neuronal and astrocytic mono- and cocultures, as well as transcriptomic analysis of neurons and astrocytes before and after exposure to extracellular vesicles from the opposing cell type.
