To analyze genome-wide changes in DNA methylation levels under heat stress, we performed Whole-Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS) on Col-0, ros1-4 mutant and ROS1 overexpression (ROS1-GFP) transgenic plants under heat stress. To analyze the impact of heat stress on chromatin accessibility, we performed ATAC-seq on wild-type Col-0 and heat-treated Col-0 plants.
