NIR diffuse reflectance spectra (900-1700 nm) of Poria cocos (Wolfiporia extensa) powder adulterated with starch and other common adulterants at various levels (0-100% w/w). Raw spectral data in .mat format collected using a portable NIR spectrometer. Data were used to develop and validate machine learning models for adulteration detection and quantification.
