To determine the differences in gene expression between antigen-experienced memory B cells and naïve B cells, we isolated influenza-specific memory B cells expressing either IgG or IgM BCR and compared their transcriptomes to naive B cells using RNA-seq. Overall design: RNA-seq of IgG and IgM memory B cells compared to naïve B cells.
