Orbicella faveolata genetic raw data (microsatellites)

A total of 231 individuals of O. faveolata were sampled at eight sites, including six sites in the NPA-set and two sites in the MPA. Samples were genotyped using five microsatellite primers pairs designed for Orbicella annularis (Severance et al., 2004). After screening seven loci, five loci were retained in our study. We exclude two microsatellites: MS2-17 because they amplified less efficiently in O. faveolata (Severance et al., 2006), and MaMS12 had a high frequency of null alleles and heterozygotes deficit across all populations.
