MoDC were stimulated with Ts-rSeV/dF (test sample) or none (control sample) for 1hour and subsequently cultured for 40 hours. After cultivation, the cells were harvested and high quality total RNAs were extracted as described in Materials and Methods. First strand cDNAs were synthesized from each 1??g of RNA and applied to RT2ProfilerTMPCR Array system in according to manufacturer instrument. Ct values of each genes were obtained.
