Indonesian Translation of the Enggano-German Dictionary (Kähler 1987)

This archived repository captures the completed stage of the manual checking of the Indonesian translation of the English translation derived from the German gloss of the Enggano-German Dictionary (Kähler 1987). The Indonesian translation was initially produced using the <code>deeplr</code> R package (Zumbach &amp; Bauer 2023) from the English translation. Changes in the manual checking are tracked via git in this repository.This translation work is part of<i></i> and integrated into the retro-digitisation of the Enggano-German dictionary (Rajeg <i>et al.</i> 2024) funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) (AH/W007290/1) for the research titled <i>Lexical resources for Enggano, a threatened language of Indonesia</i>.
