Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal symibiosis on gene expression in the foxtail millet roots

To investigate the involvement of arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis in the moleular regulation in foxtail millet roots and the effects of genetic variation on AMS-mediated molecular regulation, we isolated total RNA from the roots of 3 different landraces for comprehensive transcriptomic analysis. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different landraces (Hanevalval, TT8, ICE36) after 6-week mock or arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi treatments. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for mock- and fungal-treated millet roots.
