Single-cell RNA sequencing data of a spontaneous CRC mouse. Mus musculus

Here, we used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology which can provide unbiased cell types and cell-specific gene expression, to deeply sequenced a tumor tissue of a spontaneous CRC mouse. Our data provide a credible reference to characterize CRC tumor cell of mouse model at single cell transcriptome level.
