ddRADseq for population genetics of the arctic seabird Pagophila eburnea

This study aims at the genetic variation within and among populations of the ivory gull Pagophila eburnea. This long-lived species is currently suffering from rapid alteration of its primary habitat (i.e., sea ice), and dramatic climatic events affecting reproduction and recruitment. The objective is to test a recent bottleneck genetic signal in ivory gulls over a large portion of their distribution, with SNP from ddRAD sequence data.
