Here, we use elongation velocity analysis showed that acute loss INTS11 caused a general transcriptome-wide attenuation of elongation velocity in cells. In order to examine and monitor the effects of INTS11 on newly synthesized RNA rates genome-wide from actively transcribing RNAPII, we performed the modified transient transcriptome sequencing (TTchem-seq) with spike-in strategy on INTS11-FKBP dTAG degron cells.
