Dataset from studies of imbalance of redox homeostasis and altered cellular signalling induced by metal complexes of terpyridine.

This dataset contains raw data from the analyses published in the article entitled “Imbalance of redox homeostasis and altered cellular signalling induced by metal complexes of terpyridine” in Scientific Reports (doi: 10.1038/s41598-024-77575-4).The raw data were generated during cytotoxicity experiments, flow cytometry (cell cycle and cell death analysis) measurements, studies of ROS generation by bis(terpyridine) complexes with yttrium (BC2 compounds with Y 3+) studies, as well as qRT-PCR assays. The data provided correspond to figures published in the main article and supporting material file.
