complete chloroplast genome of Boehmeria sp.

Boehmeria is a pantropical and subtropical genus within the nettle family (Urticaceae). The polyphyly of the genus has been proposed by previous studies. Studies in some taxa suggest that plastome structural information has the potential to provide phylogenetic signals. We aimed to test this in Boehmeria and allied genera by mapping plastome structural information onto a resolved strongly supported phylogeny.
