Gut microbial 16S metagenome of Japanese athlete. human gut metagenome

In this project, we compare the gut microbiota between Japanese long-distance athlete and non-athlete using V4 region of 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The goal of this project is identify what gut microbe have higher or lower relative abundance in the gut of athlete compared with non-athlete.
