This umbrella BioProject holds the raw reads and closed reference genomes collected as part of each WGS proficiency test held within the GenomeTrakr and PulseNet networks. The Gen-FS harmonized PT exercises assess the proficiency of member labs collecting whole genome sequence data for the surveillance of foodborne bacterial pathogens, such as Salmonella, Listeria, E.coli, and Campylobactor.
