Unveiling the Trophic Dynamics and Ecological Roles of Demersal Fish in Hong Kong: A Metabarcoding and Isotope Analysis Approach

These datasets contain the stable carbon and nitrogen isotope values obtained from stable isotope analysis and sequences obtained from gut content analysis of 16 demersal fish species in Hong Kong (n=75). It comprises high-quality COI and 12S primers sequencing data, with forward reads labeled as XXX_1.fq and reverse reads as XXX_2.fq. The file names correspond to the species name of each individual fish, as described in the manuscript.
