资源简介:
"v1.0.0: This dataset includes the processed final lesion images for a sample of left hemisphere chronic stroke survivors who completed a behavioral assessment of precise and approximate numeracy and language. Normalized and 4mm Gaussian smoothed lesion masks are provided along with the standard brain template. Normalized, skull stripped brains are provided for each subject. Final precise and approximate numeracy behavioral scores and aphasia severity are provided. It is important to note that some structural images were acquired from medical records as clinical scans when research-grade acquisition was not possible. For a complete list of subjects that contain clinical-grade MR or CT (in three cases) data, see image_modality in participants.tsv. This affected the skull-stripping quality of some subject image files. This dataset corresponds to the data described in: Duricy E, Durisko C, Fiez J.A. (2025). Lesion-symptom mapping reveals differential relationships between language and precise versus approximate numeracy. In review at Cortex. v2.0.0: This version expands the dataset to include additional behavioral and imaging data for a sample of left hemisphere chronic stroke survivors. Notable changes include the addition of a new subject (sub-105), factor loading scores for four factors derived from two factor analyses as reported in the manuscript listed below (listed in participants.tsv), and the inclusion of non-smoothed, normalized lesion masks for all subjects. This dataset corresponds to the data described in: Duricy E, Durisko C, Fiez J.A. (2026). Using data-driven, lesion-symptom mapping to study the relationship between neural and theoretical components of numeracy. In review at Neuropsychologia."
