our study provides novel insights into the role of IPO7/c-Myc/IPO7 positive feedback loops in HCC development and sorafenib sensitivity, offering potential therapeutic strategies and targets.
Total protein was isolated from the cells using RIPA buffer (NCM Biotech, China) with PMSF. The extracted proteins are then transferred to the PVDF membrane. Seal with 5% milk powder and stay overnight at 4℃ with primary antibody. Then use the relevant secondary antibody. Primary antibodies used in this study include rabbit anti-c-Myc (ab32072, Abcam, UK) and mouse anti-IPO7 (Proteintech, China) as normalized controls.
