The dataset illustrates how different hydrogen peroxide delivery methods once-off addition, stepwise addition, and continuous addition, affect the stability and productivity of the unspecific peroxygenase variant PaDa-I during styrene biotransformation. The raw data collected also shows the influence of hydrogen peroxide concentration as well as reaction temperature and pH on the PaDa-I enzyme. The results were analysed and used to evaluate the enzyme deactivation kinetics.
