Integrated Analysis of UBE2C in Breast Invasive Carcinoma

The clinical and transcriptomic data of patients with BRCA were obtained from TCGA. The correlation of UBE2C with expression differences, prognosis and clinicopathological parameters was conducted according to the data of TCGA patients with BRCA and verified by meta-analysis. UBE2C-related functional analysis, immune infiltration, immune checkpoint-related gene expression levels and nomograms were investigated using the R system.
