Metabolite levels in WT and mutant plants.

The levels of different metabolites were determined from leaves of WT and Ljgln2-2 mutant plants grown in high CO2 conditions (0 days) and after different periods of time under normal CO2 conditions. Metabolite levels are expressed as relative units with the exception of NH4+ and CP that are expressed in μmol·g FW-1. Numbers in bold represent significant differences between WT and mutant genotypes at this time point according to Student’s t test (p*CP levels have two decimal digits since they were measured using a different technique compared to the other metabolites.Metabolite levels in WT and mutant plants.
