Die Farben des Waldes – das schönste Kleid der Erde, eine unendliche Liebesgeschichte The colors of the forest – the most beautiful dress on earth, an endless love story

Meine Kreativität und Liebe zur Natur füllt diese Abschlussarbeit mit Bildern und Worten. Meinem Titel folgt ein selbstgestaltetes Titelblatt, das den Inhalt der Abschlussarbeit erklärt und über den Titel in 3 Teilen beschrieben wird.Davor nehme ich auf meine persönlichen Hintergründe in Bezug meiner Abschlussarbeit Stellung die aus meinen Selbsterfahrungen mit Green-Meditation wurzeln. Teile des zum Kolloquium gestalteten Triptychon als Praxisbeispiel wird in diese Arbeit mit Theorie und Praxis verbunden eingepflanzt. Es folgen Ansätze der Integrativen Therapie über Lebensstiländerung, Biographiearbeit bis zur Philosophie des Weges und den 4 Leitprinzipien in der IT. Die Entstehung der Green-Meditation wird beschrieben mit anschließenden Übungen.1. Teil Die Farben des Waldes enthält die psychologische Wirkung der Farbe Grün, das Grün in der Kunst, meine eigenen 40 Kunstwerke sowie ein Grün aus dem Wald – die Moose auf die ich näher eingehe, deren Schutzwürdigkeit und Wichtigkeit für die Natur – zuzüglich Selbsterfahrungen.2. Teil Das schönste Kleid der Erde beschreibt die Entstehung und Entwicklung des Waldes auf der Erde und die heutige dramatische Veränderung des Klimawandels hin, die über die Waldästhetik zu den Naturvölkern in Afrika führt, deren Naturverbundenheit für uns als Vorbild für ein Eintauchen in das schönste Kleid der Erde geben soll.3. und letzte Teil die unendliche Liebesgeschichte zeigt den Menschen als Teil der Natur, verbunden in Liebe zur Natur der Biophilie bzw. Ökophilie und gibt Ausschnitte von Hermann Hesse`s Gedichten, die diese Liebe ausdrücken. My creativity and love for nature fills this thesis with pictures and words. My title is followed by a self-made title page explaining the content of the thesis and describing the title in 3 parts.Before that, I comment on my personal background in relation to my thesis, which is rooted in my own experiences with green meditation. Parts of the triptych designed for the colloquium as a practical example are implanted in this work associated with theory and practice. This is followed by approaches of integrative therapy via lifestyle change, biography work to the philosophy of the way and the 4 guiding principles in IT.
