This dataset accompanies Du et al.'s work titled 'AI-Powered Automated Model Construction for Patient-Specific CFD Simulations of Aortic Flows.' It includes two test cases presented in the paper’s results. To use the dataset, download the ZIP files located in the Data folder of the GitHub repository https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.16663170 or https://github.com/shanjierenyidp/Automatic-segmentation-with-deformation-model.git, and extract them in the same folder, preserving the original filenames and directory structure.
