This dataset supports the study "The Influence Mechanism of Asymmetric Scheduling in Complex Service Networks: A Quasi-natural Experiment Based on Medical Queuing Systems". It contains de-identified operational data from a hospital service network covering periods before and after the implementation of asymmetric scheduling.
