Glioblastoma (GBM) is characterized by aggressive progression and resistance to temozolomide (TMZ). Our integrative multi-omics analysis identified Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP1) as a key regulator of chemoresistance and poor prognosis in GBM. To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying TIMP1-driven progression, we performed RNA-sequencing on U251 GBM cells with stable overexpression of TIMP1 compared to control cells.
