Data from Capo et al. (2019) "How does environmental inter-annual variability shape aquatic microbial communities? A 40-year annual record of sedimentary DNA from a boreal lake (Nylandssjön, Sweden)" Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution

The data corresponds to sequencing results obtained from a metabarcoding approach applied to sedimentary DNA from lake Nylandssjön (Sweden). DNA extractions and PCR amplifications were performed as described in the related manuscript.<br>The two fastq files (HCV3-R1 and HCV3-R2) correspond to the forward and reverse reads (respectively, not demultiplexed).A csv. file is provided given the name of each of the 80 molecular inventories and the forward and reverse tags sequences used for all of them. <br><br>More information about samples are provided in the Datasheet S1 from the manuscript Capo et al. (2019). <br>
