Purpose: Snow surveys were conducted across a series of 4 catchments located within the West River watershed. Two of the four catchments were amended with snow fences (PX4, PX1) to augment the end of winter snow accumulation, together with two additional unamended control catchments of similar vegetative cover (PX2, PX3).
