This dataset includes all raw data of nsALEX smFRET measurements of doubly-labeled sigma70 reported in Joron et al. ("The structural basis for the self-inhibition of DNA binding by apo-σ70"), as well as Jupyter Notebooks documenting the analysis pipeline that takes us from the raw data to dual channel burst search and filtered bursts, and to the analyses of within-burst dynamics in the system
