资源简介:
To further reveals that AtCPK modulate key differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in cell elongation and heat shock response pathways, our results uncover a previously uncharacterized mechanism by which the CPK-PIF module integrates warm temperature with transcriptome reprogramming, thereby uncovering a key regulatory strategy for thermal signal transduction in thermomorphogenesis. To put it, this sequencing provide experimental evidence for the subsequent further study of the role of CPK in regulating temperature signals.
