We report the synthesis and crystallographic studies of paddlewheel-based methyl cobaloxime assembly formed from methyl cobaloxime, isonicotinic acid, and Zn(NO3)2. The cobaloxime units are assembled over two-dimensional metal–organic polyhedra constructed from isonicotinate and Zn metal ions.
