Gene expression profiling of mouse small intestinal myofibroblast after stimulation with homogenate of intestinal eosinophil. Mus musculus

GeneChip® Mouse Gene 2.0 ST Array was used to comprehensively investigate the changes of gene expression of small intestinal myofibroblasts of mice after stimulation with homogenates of intestinal eosinophils in vitro. Overall design: Intestinal subepithelial myofibroblasts were obtained from small intestine of wild-type BALB/c mice. Myofibroblasts were incubated in the absence or presence of homogenate of intestinal eosinophils (5 mg/ml) for 1 day. Cells were cultured in triplicate. Total RNA was extracted, pooled, and subjected to analysis by GeneChip® Mouse Gene 2.0 ST Array.
