In response to the evaluation and management requirements for key coastal segments with marine debris distribution in Fujian province, this study established an evaluation index system encompassing both human activities and ecological protection dimensions. The system integrates five assessment indicators: concentrated mariculture zones, residential clusters, concentrated port zones, concentrated industrial zones, and natural tourism conservation areas. A comprehensive TFAHP-CRITIC-GT(triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process - criteria importance though intercrieria correlation - grey theory) evaluation model was developed for assessing key coastal segments prone to marine debris accumulation. The model was applied to grade the entire coastal segments of Fujian province, identifying 760 high-risk segments (Grades A and B) for debris accumulation, accounting for 51.8% of the total coastal length. Field validation using UAV surveys and marine debris density measurements confirmed that Grade A segments exhibited the highest debris density (averaging 653.5 m2/km), while Grade E segments showed the lowest (averaging 44.4 m2/km). These results demonstrate that the proposed evaluation model can provide scientific support for marine debris cleanup and coastal management, effectively enhancing decision-making efficiency in marine resource management for relevant authorities.
