The Regulator, taking into account the provisions of the National Numbering Plan, shall grant the right to use numbering to an electronic communications merchant for commercial activities in the electronic communications sector. The national numbering plan defines the structure and format of the number for its identification and routing, the procedures for dialing, as well as the purposes and ways of using the numbering. The State Joint Stock Company “Electronic Communications” maintains information on allocated and available numbering resources, which is available in the Numeration Database. The CSV.file contains all number assignments.
