Disentangling the microbial genomic traits associated with aromatic hydrocarbon degradation in a jet fuel-contaminated aquifer

Twenty MAGs obtained from six metagenomic datasets (~130 million reads) derived from three sediment samples and three BACTRAPâs were obtained by Illumina NextSeq 550 2 x 150 bp platform in our previous study (for more details refer to Hidalgo et al., 2020). Sequences yielded in that study were deposited at the European Nucleotide archive (ENA) database under the BioProject Number PRJEB34153. MAGs aminoacid sequences deposited here are organized in genes.
