In this study, EO771 cells were orthotopically transplanted into recipient C57BL/6 mice. Three tumor clones were isolated from two mice: EM2LN and EM2Lu from the lymph node and lung of Mouse 2, respectively, and EM6LN from the lymph node of Mouse 6. Transcriptomic sequencing was performed to analyze transcriptional heterogeneity, drug response profiles, and other characteristics of these clones. This research provides novel insights into the development of combination antitumor therapies and strategies to overcome intrinsic drug resistance arising from clonal heterogeneity.
