RNA-seq analysis of Plasmodium berghei NEK4 knockout and wild-type parasites

This contains RNA sequencing data from Plasmodium berghei wild-type and NEK4 knockout parasites at 2 hpa during early zygote development. The study investigates the role of the NEK4 kinase in regulating meiosis and zygote morphogenesis. RNA-seq was performed on biological replicates for both wild-type and knockout parasites to analyze differential gene expression and identify transcriptional changes resulting from NEK4 disruption.
