Using cascaded birefringent wedges to achieve multi-dimensional polarization smoothing, there are generally four focal spots. When the two wedges have the same angle and position, there are three focal spots. When the two wedges are placed vertically along the thickness gradient direction, the four focal spots are separated in both directions; Calculate the one-dimensional PSD and RMS of the focal spot by combining with CPP smoothing. The one-dimensional PSD data includes one-dimensional PSD in the direction of focal spot separation and one-dimensional PSD perpendicular to the direction of focal spot separation. In RMS data, the first birefringent wedge angle is taken as 0 ° 0 ′ 40 ″ and 0 ° 2 ′, respectively, while the second wedge angle is taken as 0 ° 6 ′ 40 ″ and 0 ° 4 ′.
