RNA-seq analysis of PDE5A overexpression and knockdown in MOLM13 cells

This project presents RNA sequencing data generated from the human acute myeloid leukemia cell line MOLM13 with altered expression of PDE5A. MOLM13 cells were subjected to PDE5A overexpression or knockdown, along with their corresponding control groups. Each condition was analyzed using three independent biological replicates. The resulting transcriptomic dataset provides a resource for exploring gene expression changes associated with PDE5A perturbation in AML cells.
