Samail Ophiolite Methanobacterium Populations. Methanobacterium and Anaerolineaceae

The aim of this study was to investigate the different populations of Methanobacterium through a metapangenomic approach. This allowed us to understand how specific Methanobacterium populations employed carbon and pH adaptation strategies to overcome hyperalkaline conditions.
