FIELD: pulp industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluff pulp with improved ability to eliminate unpleasant odour， as well as methods for production of fluff pulp. Fluff pulp contains bleached kraft fibre having weighted average fibre length of about 2 mm， copper number of less than about 7， carboxyl group content of more than about 3.5 meq/100 g， whiteness by ISO of at least 80， viscosity from about 2 cP to about 9 cP， and content of copper ions from about 0.2 parts per million to about 50 parts per million in terms of weight of bleached kraft fibre.EFFECT: technical result is improved ability to eliminate unpleasant smell of fluff pulp.26 cl， 4 tbl
