CALL LD values

D', r2, and partial correlation values for the CALL hybrid population. Files beginning with "mt1_results" are the LD values for each AIM in the population. Files with "avgd-prime" contain averaged D' and r^2 values for any AIMs belonging to the same gene. Files with "avgpcor" have averaged partial correlation values for any AIMs in the same gene. directnmt indicates AIMs/genes identified as interacting n-mts in the mansucript indirectnmt indicates AIMs/genes identified as non-interacting n-mts nonnmt indicates AIMs/genes idenfiied as non-n-mts
