NGS was performed to understand the impact of Zc3h10 on pre-mRNA expression profile in C3H10T1/2 preadipocytes. Cells were transduced after 24 hours they reached confluency with adenoviral vectors carrying Scramble and ShZc3h10 sequences. After 36h cells were labelled with 4-thiouridine 300μM for 10 minutes and then total RNA was isolated. Labelled pre-mRNA was subsequently isolated by biotin-streptavidin method.
