This study aims to verify the involvement of scleral endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) in form-deprived myopia (FDM) model of guinea pigs, investigate the therapeutic effects of quercetin (Qcn) on FDM as well as explore the underlying mechanisms in human scleral fibroblast (HSF). RNA-seq:We divede guinea pigs into NC group and FDM group. We collected tissue from the posterior pole of the sclera of three right eyes each from the control and FDM groups on day 28 of induction. And then RNA-seq was performed.
