2009-2018年云南省TRCI数据（第一版）

降水是能量平衡和水循环的关键组成部分，在区域天气和全球气候的形成中也起着至关重要的作用，参考Kogan提出的VCI和TCI，得到TRMM降尺度数据的降水状态指数（TRCI）。TRCI取值范围为[0,1]，即降水从低到高的状况；干旱越严重，TRCI越趋近于0。

Precipitation is a critical component of the energy balance and water cycle, and plays a vital role in the formation of regional weather and global climate. Referencing the VCI and TCI proposed by Kogan, we derived the Precipitation Condition Index (TRCI) from TRMM downscaled data. The value range of TRCI is [0, 1], corresponding to the precipitation status from low to high; the more severe the drought, the closer TRCI approaches 0.
