Single-molecule localization microscopy datasets for histone2B-HaloTag and -psHaloTag labelled with JF630b_HTL and JF635b_HTL. All files contain the 5000-frame raw blinking dataset (.tif) and the localized datasets from Picasso localization software (.hdf5 and .yaml). Imaging workflow is detailed in the Methods section of the Supplementary Information.
