Dataset and analyses for "Comparing estimates of extinction risk based on occupancy and abundance data"

Dataset and scripts used to analyse population trends of four amphibian species in norther Italy to compare estimates of threat status between occupancy and abundance models. <br> The files contain: <br> 1) Dataset used, containing species detections/non-detections, counts, and covariates of detection, in Rdata format. These data were directly collected on the field by the authors. <br> 2) Bayesian occupancy and abundance models written for the "nimble" R package (BUGS language). <br> 3 and 4) Scirpts used to run respectively the occupancy and abundance models with nimble.
