The 'Facility for Automated Intelligent Monitoring of Marine Systems' (FAIMMS) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments: \n\nThere have been 3 deployments for the Wind Direction (Vector Average 10 Minutes) data set.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Wind Direction (Vector Average 10 Minutes) from 08 Nov 2009 through to 07 Jun 2010, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Relay Pole 3 Latitude:-18.575066 - Longitude:146.496101. Sensor deployed was a Vaisala WXT510/WXT520 Weather Transmitter manufactured by Vaisala, model WXT510.
